Core Components & Material Specifications:

1. System Profile: Available in two standard depths: 89mm and 140mm, providing flexibility to meet varying requirements for insulation value, acoustic performance, and service integration.

2. Structural Frame:The core framework consists of Galvanized Steel Studs and Tracks. This provides a robust, dimensionally stable, non-combustible, and corrosion-resistant skeleton for the panel.

3. Insulation Core:Filled with Non-combustible Rock Wool (Stone Wool) Batts. This material offers exceptional fire resistance (with high melting points), excellent thermal insulation, and superior sound absorption properties.

4. Facing Layers:The standard interior and exterior faces are clad with Fire-Resistant (Type X) Gypsum Board, applied in double layers. This configuration significantly enhances the panel’s fire rating, impact resistance, and overall rigidity.

5. Assembly Fasteners: All components are securely integrated in the factory using Self-tapping Steel Screws, ensuring a solid, durable, and rattle-free construction.
